Daily Prompt: Flee

via Daily Prompt: Flee

Fleeing away…

He was her uncle Mayer

The ideal man she considered so dear..

She was a little girl

With blue eyes and hair curl

Her skin was soft, her face so innocent

With her tender feet stepping into adolescent

He pampered her; lured her

With intentions of sin

He touched her, felt her

And scraped her skin

Now she was scared

Lying on floor with her body bared;

The tears rolled down her cheek

Not a word could she speak

The salty water eroded

Her trust, courage and smile

Her confidence exploded

on seeing something so vile

Away she went

Packing all her pain and grief

In a land of strangers

She found relief.
